Cookie policy

We don’t follow you around.

The short version, because a cookie banner should not need a lawyer to read. Last updated 1 September 2026. See also our Privacy policy and Terms of use.

What we use

  • A small number of strictly necessary cookies that make the site work: remembering your choices in this session, and keeping things secure.
  • Privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (Plausible) so we can see which pages help, counted without identifying you or building a profile. It sets no cookies and holds no personal data, which is why it is not behind the choice above.

What we don’t use

  • No advertising cookies. We sell nothing and advertise to no one, so there is nothing to target you with.
  • No cross-site trackers, no data brokers, no selling anything about you. Ever.

Saying no

You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing anything that matters, and you can clear cookies any time in your browser. If we ever add anything beyond the above, we will ask first, in plain words, not bury it in a wall of toggles.

The gap report · free · private

Where do you actually stand?

Sixteen questions, six minutes. You rate yourself on each competence area, from “not yet” to “I could evidence this to an assessor”. We hand back a profile, your strongest ground, and the gaps worth closing first. Nothing is stored unless you ask us to send it.
